🚗 Elsie Alford — CFO & Owner/Operator

Elsie’s journey into auto repair started back in 2008 as a part-time parts runner and customer service rep. Her passion and talent quickly became clear, and after being promoted to service advisor, she led the shop to its first $1 million in sales. Today, she’s not just the Chief Financial Officer — she’s the heart behind CarLife. Elsie has built her business on trust, transparency, and a deep commitment to creating an environment where customers (especially women) feel respected and heard.

🚙 Casi Lux — Service Advisor, Gilbert

Casi was Elsie’s very first hire. She was just 18 when she joined the team, and now in her 30s, she’s grown into a powerhouse advisor who runs the front of house at our Gilbert location. To Elsie, Casi is more than an employee — she’s like a daughter, best friend, and right-hand woman. Her deep industry knowledge, unmatched customer care, and years of experience make her a vital part of what makes Gilbert tick.

🔧 Hannah — Technician, Gilbert

Hannah’s story started in her dad’s garage, where she learned to wrench before most kids knew how to ride a bike. That early passion led her to CarLife, where she’s now a highly skilled technician bringing precision, pride, and professionalism to every repair. Her presence in the shop reminds us that technical excellence has no gender — and customers love knowing that Hannah’s the one working on their vehicle.

Riley is Elsie’s daughter and a rising star in the CarLife family. She’s currently training full-time at our Scottsdale location, learning the ins and outs of service advising from the best in the business — her mom.

Her warmth, work ethic, and natural connection with customers already set her apart. Watching the next generation rise through the ranks is part of what makes the CarLife story so special.
